Debit Card Program

Arbor Management, Inc. has been contracted by Sandwich Community Schools to provide for the daily food service needs of our students. Herman E. Dummer School, Sandwich Middle School, and Sandwich High School have worked with Arbor Management to implement a debit card system for use in the cafeteria. The debit card system is web-based and is transferable from grades 4 through 8.

The advantage to this system is two-fold. First, any money left on your student's card will be transferred to the next grade level and will be available to your child when the 2008-2009 school year begins. The second advantage is the web-based capabilities of the debit system, which allow parents to monitor their child's food choices, check dollar balances, and deposit money into your child's account. A minimum of $25.00 must be deposited using the web-based program.

There are two links found at the top of this web page that are related to this web-based program. Each has a separate purpose.

Debit Card Log-in: This link will allow you to check your child's debit card balance and monitor what your child eats on a daily basis. When you follow this link the first time, you must click on the "Sign-up" link to set-up an account. Follow the directions, which will also require your child's identification number. Step-by-step instructions for using the Web Store can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Web Store: This link will allow you to set-up an account for your child and deposit money whenever you would like. Once you access this link, you must choose the building in which your child is attending ("H.E. Dummer Food Service" or "Middle School Food Service"). Then follow the directions, which will also require your child's identification number. Step-by-step instructions for using the Web Store can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.
