Philosophy
Learning how to gather information is the
fundamental purpose of the Sandwich High School Media Center. The
primary mission of the media center is to stimulate, guide, and support
the student in his/her quest for knowledge so that when the student
enters society he/she will be able to manage the quest for knowledge on
his/her own. The Media Center needs to motivate and guide the
student in the development of reading, viewing, and listing skills so
that the students will be prepared to enter the community as a
contributing member of society.
