2B Classroom News

We have been doing great things in 2-B this quarter!  The children are becoming great readers and thinkers. Their writing is improving each and everyday.  Their favorite times of day (besides recess!) have to be literacy centers and writer�s workshop.  Great things are produced and learned during both of these activities each day.  The students� addition and subtraction facts are really coming along.  It takes a great deal of practice to master addition and subtraction!  We are also throwing money into the mix as of the past few weeks.  This also takes a lot of practice and patience!

We are greatly looking forward to a few upcoming field trips. We are able to go to the Sandwich Opera House to see a play in January and to the United Center in February to see High School Musical on Ice.
