General Information from Mrs. Hachmeister
As the school social worker I am part of team of professionals that assist in identifying and meeting the needs of students who may be in need of special education services. I also provide services to students who may be struggling with social emotional issues that negatively impact them in the school environment. I am also available to provide information about resources available to families that may be in need of specialized services. I am available at Woodbury all day on Mondays and Tuesday mornings.
