Online Registration Information
Welcome to the Sandwich CUSD #430 Online Registration information page. This is for students NEW to the district. Returning students should have already received communication from the district on how and where to register. If you have not, please contact your child's school office for additional information.
- New-to-District Student - A New-to-District Student is a student who will be moving into the Sandwich CUSD #430 community and will begin attending school in the 2025-2026 school year. If this description fits your situation, please continue the process below.
Online Registration for New-to-District Students
The new student enrollment has 4 simple steps to complete which are listed below:
Step 1) Gather Required Documents - you will need to provide two (2) documents from Category A and one (1) document from Category B.
Category A approved documents
- Voter Registration Card
- Current Cable Bill or Phone Bill
- Current Gas, Electric, or Water Bill
- Driver’s License or State Identification Card
- Current Homeowners or Renters Insurance Papers and Premium Payment Receipt
- Current Credit Card Bill
- Vehicle Registration
- Receipt for Moving Van Rental
- Official Mail Received at Residency
Category B approved documents
- Signed Lease with Term and Proof of Last Month’s Payment
- Letter from Manager and Proof of Last Month’s Payment
- Mortgage Papers or Valid Agreement of Sale
- Most Recent Property Tax Bill and Proof of Payment
If applicable:
- Letter of Residence from Landlord in Lieu of Lease (Form REG7:60-AP2,E1)
- Letter of Residence to be used When the Person Seeking to Enroll a Student is Living with a District Resident (Form REG7:60-AP2, E2)
- Evidence of Non-Parent’s/Non-Custodial, Control, and Responsibility of a Student (Form REG7:60-AP2, E3)
Step 2) Complete Proof-of-Residency Forms and Birth Certificate
- Click here to complete the Consent-to-Release-Student-Records form to request records from your previous district.
- Click here to complete the Proof of Residence Checklist. and attach your documents.
Step 3) Residency Confirmation
- Our district registrar will contact you once you have finalized your residency requirements. They will provide you with the information you need to proceed to step 4.

Step 4) Gather this information prior to completing the online application:
- A: Contact Information
- B: Mailing Address
- C: Email Address
- D: Contact Information for two (2) Emergency Contacts
- E: If your student is entering preschool, kindergarten, second grade, sixth grade, ninth grade, and twelfth grade, you will need to submit health documents. This information will be accessible during the registration process in Infinite Campus.
